- Cass Lake is a city in Cass County, Minnesota, located within the boundaries of the Leech Lake Indian Reservation and is surrounded by Pike Bay Township. The two Main Highways in Cass Lake are U.S. High 2 and Minnesota State Highway 371. Cass Lake had a population of 770 in the 2010 census.

Water payments can be made online or in person at City Hall. If after hours, payments may be placed in the drop box located next to the entrance door at City Hall and are due the 10th of each month. Any payments received after the 10th will be considered late and be assessed a 10% penalty.
NOTE: When paying online the following non-refundable fees are applied:

Fees: $15 each day and if you are in the City Limits you will be required to have your dog(s) registered with the City. Please call for additional information and fees.

Donations gladly accepted: Items needed include bedding, toys and food.
